After some five years of writing More Than A Song on this WordPress site, I am happy to invite you to follow me to a new Substack newsletter, October Observations, which will focus more broadly on “Books, Culture, and Learning in Life’s Autumn.” Please go here to subscribe.
For some time I’ve thought about broadening the scope of this blog and moving to the Substack platform for that purpose. I finally decided to move forward with it. As you can see from the screenshot above, my first article touts a book that will help anyone build their personal library.
Most articles on October Observations will be continue to be freely available. I’m also setting up a modest paid subscription option for those who wish to support my work. I will be planning an occasional premium or two for those who enter paid subscriptions.
I will continue to keep the content on this blog, and select pieces are also being moved over to October Observations. I hope you’ll follow me to Substack for this broader conversation!
